Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 4, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Unify Fire Solutions collects when you call our referral line or visit this website, how that information is used, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. Please read it together with our Terms of Service. If you have a question that this page does not answer, call +1-833-336-1630 and ask for help with a privacy request.
Who We Are
Unify Fire Solutions is a free telephone referral service. When you call, a dispatcher listens to what happened and connects you with an independent, licensed and insured local contractor who handles fire and smoke damage restoration. Unify Fire Solutions is not a contractor. We do not perform restoration work, employ the crews who do it, set their prices, or supervise their jobs.
In this policy, "Unify Fire Solutions," "we," "us" and "our" refer to the referral service only. "Contractor" means the independent business you are connected with. "You" means anyone who calls the line or uses this website.
Information We Collect When You Call
A referral only works if the dispatcher knows who is calling, where the damage is, and what kind of help is needed. When you call +1-833-336-1630, we may collect:
- Your phone number and caller ID information, including the name your carrier displays, if any.
- Call details, such as the date and time of the call, how long it lasted, and which of our numbers you dialed.
- Location information you give us, such as the street address, city or zip code of the property that needs work.
- Details about the damage, such as when the fire happened, which rooms are affected, whether there is water from firefighting, whether the property is a home, rental or business, and whether an insurance claim has been opened.
- Your name and the best way to reach you, if you choose to share them so a contractor can call you back.
- Call recordings. Calls may be recorded for quality review, training, and to help resolve disputes about what was said. Where applicable law requires it, you will hear a notice at the start of the call. If you do not want to be recorded, you may end the call.
Please do not share information we do not need, such as payment card numbers, bank account details, or government identification numbers. We do not take payments over the referral line.
Information We Collect From This Website
This website has no lead forms. It exists so you can find the number and call. Even so, some information is collected automatically when you visit:
- Basic analytics, such as the pages you view, the site that referred you, your general location based on IP address, your browser and device type, and the time you spend on a page.
- Cookies and similar technologies, which are small files or identifiers stored by your browser. They help us count visits, understand which pages are useful, and keep the site working properly. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Most of the site will still work if you do.
- Call-tracking numbers. Different pages may display different phone numbers that all ring to the same referral line. This lets us see which page or ad led to a call, so we can measure what is working. When you call a tracking number, the call record may be linked to the page you were on.
How We Use Information
We use the information described above for these purposes:
- Routing your call to an available dispatcher and handling it.
- Connecting you with an independent contractor who serves the location you gave us and handles the kind of damage you described.
- Passing your request and contact details to that contractor so they can reach you.
- Reviewing calls for quality, training dispatchers, and improving the referral process.
- Detecting and preventing fraud, spam calls, abuse of the line, and misuse of contractor referrals.
- Measuring the performance of this website and our advertising.
- Keeping records of referrals, including for billing between Unify Fire Solutions and contractors.
- Complying with legal obligations, responding to lawful requests, and protecting our rights and the rights of others.
How We Share Information
With the contractor you are connected to. Sharing your details with an independent contractor is the core of the service. When a dispatcher connects you, the contractor may receive your name, phone number, the property location, and the details of the damage you described. The call may also be transferred directly to them.
Once a contractor has your information, they handle it under their own privacy practices, not this policy. Unify Fire Solutions does not control how a contractor stores, uses or shares your data. Ask the contractor for their privacy policy if you want to know more.
With service providers. We use outside companies to run the line and the website, including telephone carriers, call routing and recording platforms, call-tracking providers, hosting companies, and analytics providers. They receive only what they need to provide their service to us and may not use it for unrelated purposes.
For legal reasons. We may disclose information when we believe in good faith that it is required by law, subpoena, court order or other legal process, or that it is needed to protect someone's safety, investigate fraud, or enforce our terms.
In a business transfer. If Unify Fire Solutions is involved in a merger, sale of assets, or similar transaction, caller information may be transferred as part of that deal, subject to this policy.
No Sale of Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information to anyone for money. Passing your request to the contractor you asked to be connected with is part of the service you requested, and it is not a sale of your data.
Some state privacy laws use the words "sale" or "sharing" more broadly, to include allowing advertising or analytics companies to collect data through cookies for targeted advertising. If you live in a state that gives you the right to opt out of that kind of sharing, you can do so by calling +1-833-336-1630 and asking to opt out, by adjusting your browser cookie settings, or by turning on a Global Privacy Control signal in a browser that supports it. Where applicable state law requires us to honor that signal, we will.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep call records, referral records and recordings only as long as we need them for the purposes in this policy, such as handling follow-up calls, resolving disputes, keeping accurate business and billing records, and meeting legal requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it so it can no longer identify you. Recordings are generally kept for a shorter period than basic call logs.
How We Protect Information
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect information, including access limits for staff, password protection, and providers who use encryption for stored and transmitted data. No system is completely secure, though, and we cannot promise that information will never be accessed without permission. If we learn of a security incident that affects your personal information, we will notify you where applicable law requires it.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, applicable state law may give you some or all of the following rights:
- Access: to know what personal information we have about you and get a copy of it.
- Correction: to ask us to fix information that is inaccurate.
- Deletion: to ask us to delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Opt-out: to opt out of targeted advertising, any sale of personal information, and certain kinds of profiling.
- Appeal: to appeal if we decline to act on your request.
To make a request, call +1-833-336-1630 and tell the dispatcher you want to make a privacy request. We will need to verify your identity, usually by confirming the phone number you called from and details of your call. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows it, and we may ask for proof of that authorization.
We will respond within the time required by applicable law. If we deny your request, we will explain why and tell you how to appeal. If your appeal is denied, you may be able to contact your state attorney general. We will not treat you differently or refuse to help you because you used a privacy right.
Keep in mind that a deletion request to Unify Fire Solutions does not delete information already held by a contractor you were connected with. Contact that contractor directly for their records.
Children's Privacy
The referral line and this website are meant for adults who are arranging property repairs. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, call +1-833-336-1630 and we will delete it.
Telephone Communications and the TCPA
We respect the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act and related rules. In plain terms:
- We do not send marketing text messages, or make marketing calls using an autodialer or a prerecorded or artificial voice, unless you have given prior express written consent.
- Consent is never a condition of using the referral line or hiring a contractor.
- If you ever receive a text message from us, you can reply STOP at any time to stop further messages.
- When you call and ask to be connected, the independent contractor you are connected with may call or text you back about your request. That follow-up comes from the contractor, not from Unify Fire Solutions, and is about the job you asked for.
Do Not Call Requests
If you do not want to hear from Unify Fire Solutions by phone again, tell the dispatcher on any call or call +1-833-336-1630 and ask to be placed on our internal do-not-call list. We will honor the request within the time required by law. If you also want a contractor to stop contacting you, ask that contractor directly, since they keep their own do-not-call lists.
Links to Other Sites
This website may link to other websites, such as a contractor's own site or an insurance resource. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Review their policies before sharing information with them.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will take reasonable steps to make it noticeable. Using the referral line or website after an update means the updated policy applies to information collected from that point on.
